需求：

Login Logout

after Login:

1.Read the favourite RSS Feeds.

2.Add new Feeds to the Favourites.

3.delete feeds from the favourites.

4.classify the feeds in favourites.

5.mark the rank of feeds in favourites.

6.set the reading authority of the Feeds.(Shared,VIP,non-Shared)

before login:

1.Read the shared Rss feeds accroding to the class and the rank. Reading can be departed as two features: reading by class and reading by rank.

2.mark the rank rss feeds for the shared feeds.

Admin :

1.check the new incoming feeds.(delete and edit)

2.set authority for the user.(forbid a user or set as admin or VIP)
